I couldn't possibly have cared less about the hell hole that is the internet, and particularly the lives of any of the scummiest people in Moorpark, until word of your little blog and the effect it was having (on a few particularly unsavory characters I have had run-ins with in the past) reached my ears.
I didn't even have a MySpace or a Facebook before this month.
But you're thinking of the first definition of provoke. I'm talking about the second or third.
pro⋅voke 1. to anger, enrage, exasperate, or vex. 2. to stir up, arouse, or call forth (feelings, desires, or activity): The mishap provoked a hearty laugh. 3. to incite or stimulate (a person, animal, etc.) to action.
you hate to love me and love to hate me.
uncle larry loves you all.
but most importantly.
uncle larry loves your dirt.
so feel free to share:

ReplyDeleteI love the internet.
Its fun stuff. And facebook and myspace are worth looking into.
Facebook more so than myspace. . . it is sad to say, but not too many people use myspace anymore.
:-(
and thank you for the definition of provoke. I always wondered if there was 3 meanings to such a scandalous word.
